  1. I have the latest update of the Uber app–I even uninstalled and reinstalled, but i still do not get the “GET UBER PLUS” option. Any suggestions?

  2. The coverage map seems to have some anomalies, especially in South Boston and North Quincy. This will make this service far less valuable or even viable for a number of potential customers. Including me – I used PoolPass for August and September, but cut back my level of participation for October while I evaluate if this even makes sense any more from a convenience/cost perspective.

  3. Why has PoolPass coverage for much of East Boston and Winthrop been removed? I agree with the earlier comment that this will make the service far less valuable or viable for many potential customers. I too used the PoolPass in August and September, but bought a much smaller for October in order to evaluate if it still makes any sense. I am aware of several people who are affected with this coverage change. Please reconsider these areas!
